Yeah ! Finally a break through, I lost 3.8 lbs. Now I need to stay on this track.

So In this blog, I'll give myself a year, I will Skip the Cookie Buy the Shoes. This will be a year of denying myself the cookie (dieting) and after this discipline is developed in me I will Eat the Cookie. Yumm yumm!
